Meet our #EmployeeSpotlight, Dave Eames. David was born in Mesa, Arizona and raised in both Arizona and Illinois. He earned his bachelor’s degree in agribusiness/agricultural business operations from Brigham Young University Idaho.
At BYU Idaho, David served in the Agricultural Business Society as President where he worked alongside many students and organizations to create a report on commodity pricing for the top five commodities sold in Idaho. He was busy off campus as well with both internships and paid roles supporting his field of study. As an intern at Bayer, David worked in corn genetics and breeding helping to rate various types of corn. As the Production Control Innovation Specialist for a potato equipment manufacturer, Spudnik, David implemented a software to track production costs. Just before graduation, David temporarily joined WaterTectonics as a Business Development Intern to create a business plan for farming shrimp and seaweed.
Post-graduation, in January of 2022, David returned to Washington and became the Client Sales Success Coordinator at WaterTectonics. In this role, David works with existing customers to build lasting relationships and ensure that water treatment systems operate at the highest level. A particular area of interest is finding ways to improve the service and consumables experience post installation for both new and existing customers.
When not working, David enjoys being outdoors exploring the Pacific Northwest, spending time with his close-knit family, and serving in both his church and the community.
