The AGC of Washington recognizes the professional excellence and community commitment of AGC member firms with the annual BUILD WASHINGTON AWARDS program. Every spring, AGC members have the opportunity to submit projects for awards’ consideration by a panel of construction industry experts. Awards in construction, safety, technology, community service, project manager of the year, and superintendent of the year are presented annually at the Build Washington Awards Evening of Celebration, the industry’s premier recognition event. This year, WaterTectonics participated in 6 of the 13 award-winning construction projects, including: Lakeside School Allen-Gates with Lease Crutcher Lewis, Musuem of History and Industry (MOHAI) at Lake Union Park with Sellen Construction, Federal Center South – B1202 Redvelopment with Sellen Construction, Port of Seattle Consolidated Rental Car Facility with Turner Construction, Crude Railcar Offloading Project with Haskell Corporation, and the Brightwater Wastewater Treatment Plant with Kiewit Infrastructure West.
