Southeast Beverage Manufacturing – Wastewater Reuse

To support sustainability and water reuse goals, a leading beverage manufacturer in the Southeast partnered with WaterTectonics to implement a treatment solution that recycles wastewater for use in can washing operations. WaterTectonics delivered a fully integrated, skid-mounted ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) system to reduce total dissolved solids (TDS) and remove total coliforms, ensuring the treated water met strict quality standards for reuse within the production process. In addition to providing comprehensive design, engineering, fabrication, installation, and commissioning services, our team developed the system with guaranteed uptime and throughput performance metrics.
