Midwest Beverage Manufacturing – Wastewater Reuse

A major beverage manufacturer in the Midwest sought to improve sustainability and reduce freshwater consumption by recycling wastewater for use in can washing operations. WaterTectonics delivered a turnkey, skid mounted ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) system to remove suspended solids, bacteria, and dissolved contaminants; ensuring the treated water met strict quality standards for reuse within the facility. The system was designed, engineered, and built in-house and included comprehensive installation and commissioning services. To ensure reliable operation, it was modeled with guaranteed uptime and throughput targets helping the facility maintain consistent production output while advancing its water reuse goals.
