A leading food and beverage manufacturer implemented a containerized Dynamic Scale Remover (DSR) system to improve cooling tower performance across multiple cooling loops. Designed as a plug-and-play solution, the centralized installation provides treatment for several cooling systems from a single location, simplifying system operation while supporting reliable cooling water performance throughout the facility.

The Dynamic Scale Remover (DSR) system uses electrochemical treatment to control scale formation and optimize cooling tower operation without relying on traditional hazardous treatment chemicals. By enabling higher cycles of concentration, the system helps reduce water consumption while maintaining efficient heat transfer and protecting critical cooling equipment.

The modular, containerized design minimized installation complexity and provided a scalable solution that can be expanded as facility needs evolve. By centralizing treatment across multiple cooling loops, the system also simplifies maintenance and day-to-day operation, helping the customer improve overall cooling water management while supporting long-term sustainability goals.
