Ethanol Plant - USP Grade Water System

Ethanol production requires use of USP grade water, which includes low levels of Total Organic Carbon (TOC), chlorides, and other contaminants. WaterTectonics designed, built, installed, and commissioned a deionized (DI) process water system to meet this requirement for our client. The custom system utilized reverse osmosis (RO) and ultraviolet (UV) technology to achieve the treatment standard for the client. WaterTectonics designed and built the water quality monitoring system and integrated all the controls for the equipment into one master control system with cloud based remote monitoring and data acquisition. After installation, WaterTectonics also supplied replacement consumables, anti-scalant, and ongoing training support through its parts & services division.
