Grocery retail and supply chain Supervalu, operated on an 11.47 acre property in Auburn, WA. Several 1960s era, partially demolished buildings are on the site that sat unoccupied. After being acquired by Bridge Development Partners, plans were made to launch a Class A industrial building to be called Bridge Point Auburn 200. This 206,155 square foot, state of the art building will offer three separate storefronts as well as 129 parking stalls.

Bridge’s redevelopment plans included remediation of the environmentally challenged site. The project’s General Contractor, Sierra Construction Company, brought in WaterTectonics to provide permitting and construction stormwater management to meet strict Administrative Order limits. The water treatment solution provided by WaterTectonics included a 300gpm WaveIonics electrocoagulation (EC) system, pH adjustment, media filtration and granular activated carbon.
