Located in Bellevue’s rapidly growing Spring District, the BRIDGE Housing project is part of a major urban redevelopment transforming former industrial land into a dynamic, mixed-use community. Developed by BRIDGE Housing, the project includes two multi-story apartment buildings designed to provide 234 affordable housing units supporting greater residential diversity in this high-demand region. General contractor Exxel Pacific is leading construction efforts for the project.
During construction, managing stormwater runoff was critical to maintaining site compliance with Washington State water quality regulations. WaterTectonics was selected to provide active construction stormwater treatment solutions to support site operations. To address runoff challenges related to turbidity and pH, we deployed two 100 gallon per minute electrocoagulation (EC) treatment systems.
Our team provided full-service system setup, remote water quality monitoring, and routine field service support throughout the project. With real-time visibility into system performance and water quality metrics, the project team was able to stay ahead of compliance targets and complete construction activities without interruption from stormwater violations.
