The Troutdale Reynolds Industrial Park is part of 700 acres of brownfield redevelopment located between the Columbia and Sandy Rivers and bordered by the Troutdale Airport. The industrial park is the Port of Portland’s second largest with 350 acres sitting on the site of the former Reynolds Metals aluminum plant Superfund site. The park will create nine new lots on the acreage available for industrial uses that benefits the local economy. The general contractor reached out to WaterTectonics to assist with stormwater discharge. WaterTectonics provided fully automated pH adjustments systems that treated up to 1,000 gallons per minute. WaterTectonics handled system design, mobilization, installation, commissioning and client training onsite as well.
