General Contractor Abbot was working to expand the UPS facility at King County International Airport – Boeing Field. The site had soil and groundwater contamination from historic activities resulting in the Washington State Department of Ecology to issue an Administrative Order.
WaterTectonics provided a combination of treatment including a WaveIonics electrocoagulation (EC) system, media filtration, and granular activated carbon to treat both the stormwater and groundwater at 300gpm to meet Administrative Order limits.
