WaterTectonics is a proud member of The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Washington Safety Team. We have been recognized as a top performer for safety and claims management by the AGC Safety team receiving the Top EMR and “As Low as You Can Go Award” for maintaining a 9 year average experience modification rating (EMR) of 0.6 and for achieving over three continuous years without a time loss or impairment injury in the L&I Claims Free Discount Program.

We provide in-depth training for new team members, actively conduct ongoing training programs, and distribute safety bulletins to inform employees of updates, best practices, and important areas of focus. We maintain written policies that meet or exceed OSHA requirements. Through the ISNetworld portal, we ensure our policies address our clients’ requirements and the most current legislation.
