SR304 Tunnel Expansion

The SR304 Pedestrian Access Tunnel is located directly west of the Bremerton ferry terminal in downtown Bremerton. The project consists of the conversion of downtown roadways to an access tunnel for ferry traffic. Both surface water and dewatering well water encountered on this site were discharged to the sanitary sewer. Past uses had caused significant soil and groundwater contamination. WATERTECTONICS developed a multi-stage 600GPM water treatment system to remove heavy metals, TPH, BTEX, VOCs, SVOCs and PAHs.
