WATERTECTONICS designed and built its first RoadSide ACIST for this project. This mobile, automated chitosan treatment system met and even exceeded all DOE requirements for a CESF treatment system. The system included metered chitosan injection, a self-priming pump, media filters, all required pH and turbidity monitoring, data recording equipment, flow meters, alarms, and automated controls.
