Stadium Place

Hailed as the largest transit-oriented project on the west coast, the North Lot Development project by developer Nitze-Stagen includes two major phases: Stadium Place and Stadium Towers.

Goodwill Job Training & Education Center

Since 1923, Seattle Goodwill has provided free programs and services to help low-income and underserved people obtain the skills they need to secure employment and achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Stack House Apartments & Supply Laundry Building

In the on-going development of Seattle’s newest neighborhood, South Lake Union, Vulcan Real Estate is rehabilitating the 100 year old Supply Laundry Building and constructing two new residential buildings housing 278 apartments.

Greenlake Village

Working with developer Lorig Associates, engineer Shannon & Wilson, and general contractor W.G. Clark Construction, WaterTectonics was selected to provide two stormwater treatment systems for the Greenlake Village project.

University Village Parking Garage

After working with Lease Crutcher Lewis on several previous projects, WaterTectonics was selected to be the water treatment solution for the University Village south parking lot structure.

Seattle Public Utilities Pilot Project

In partnership with Seattle Public Utilities and Granite Construction, WaterTectonics conducted a three-month pilot project treating municipal stormwater runoff from a 234-acre industrial urban watershed.

University of Washington, Mercer Hall

After working with WG Clark Construction on two previous University of Washington housing projects, WaterTectonics was selected as the water treatment vendor for the Mercer Hall project.

Gilboa Dam Rehabilitation & Repair

The reconstruction of Gilboa Dam is considered to be the most significant dam reconstruction project affecting the water supply system for New York City.

ELG Metals

The Gulf Coast division of ELG Metals is located in Houston, Texas. The plant occupies a 6-acre, fully concreted area and includes a large building that houses a turnings crusher and inventory.
