WaterTectonics was contacted by American Classic Homes, a local family-run home builder looking to lease a water treatment system for a new 14 acre residential plot in Auburn, WA. The site had significant slopes with a creek at the bottom. Despite having a permanent 700,000 gallon pond installed, detention alone was not sufficient to meet discharge limits based on construction schedule and soil type. WaterTectonics designed, delivered, mobilized and commissioned a 300 gallon per minute electrocoagulation WaveIonics system. The existing pond onsite provided a pump point for the system that included automated controls, pH adjustment and an alert notification package.
