The Snoqualmie Ridge Housing Development is a 1,343 acre master-planned community located on the Upper Snoqualmie Valley, approximately 30 minutes outside of Seattle. Over 40% of the community has been set aside as open space, including parks and trails, preserved wetlands, and a Jack Nicklaus Signature TPC Golf Course. WaterTectonics worked with prime contractor, Goodfellow Brothers, over the multi-year construction process to provide water treatment systems and services. Stormwater runoff was collected from construction areas through a complex network of ditched conveyance and fed to a series of six collection ponds. WaterTectonics provided a 300gpm WaveIonics electrocoagulation system to reduce turbidity and adjust pH before safely discharging the water to a designated dispersion area.
