Motion Water Sports Headquarters

Motion Water Sports is constructing a state-of-the-art 135,000 square foot office/distribution center located in the Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park. The new facility will consist of 18,000 square feet of office space and will become the new headquarters for two of the company’s affiliated water sports brands – O’Brien and HO Sports. The warehouse facility, at approximately 117,000 square feet, will serve as the main distribution center for HO, as well as Liquid Force and Connelly/CWB, two other affiliated water sports brands. Located in the Cascade foothills, Snoqualmie receives nearly 60 inches of rain annually with significant storms even during the summer months. Due to the project’s aggressive schedule and unique weather patterns, general contractor Panattoni Construction worked with WaterTectonics to implement an active stormwater treatment system for the project. WaterTectonics ultimately mobilized a 300gpm RoadSide Acist system utilizing Chitosan Enhanced Sand Filtration technology. The project is expected to complete construction in October of 2012.
