Established in 1882, Ash Grove Cement is the sixth largest cement manufacturer in the United States with an annual production capacity of nearly 9 million tons of cement. In addition to its cement operations, the company also operates deep water import terminals, quarries, and ready-mix and packaging facilities. WaterTectonics has worked with Ash Grove Cement on multiple pH adjustment projects over the years, with the most recent project being shown below at an Ash Grove Cement truck wash station at its Portland, Oregon yard. WaterTectonics’ PhatBox automated pH adjustment system occupies a small footprint and sits right alongside the truck wash area. The PhatBox system is capable of processing up to 300gpm of automated pH adjustment.
