This new construction 260-unit apartment project was developed by Dallas-based Alamo Manhattan and HLM Architects. The two building project will occupy a 1.5 acre site at 10505 Main Street in Bellevue, Washington. The project includes over 7,000 square feet of retail and 319 underground parking stalls. Buildings will be connected be a pedestrian bridge, and an internal courtyard at podium level will connect the lower floors. WaterTectonics worked with general contractor, WG Clark Construction, to provide design and permitting support and on-site water treatment for direct discharge to sanitary sewer.
