Regional Sales Associate

WaterTectonics, headquartered in Everett, WA designs, manufactures, deploys, and services innovative water treatment systems and provides complex whole project support services. Our core technologies include electrocoagulation treatment systems, chemical treatment systems, and automated pH adjustment systems. Through our partners, we also provide passive filtration systems, oil water separators, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis equipment. We support all of these technologies with a comprehensive suite of services including treatability studies, turnkey field service, and project consulting. WaterTectonics is looking for a Regional Sales Associate with the passion for challenges, ability to thrive under constant change, and flexibility to work with customers who demand the best. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Drive sales revenue from new and existing customers and maximizing revenue generation within North America region.

  • Responsible for accounts throughout the sales process, including lead management and qualification, sales process planning, negotiation and closure of deals.

  • Travel could include attending tradeshows, events, customer and partner sites to assist in establishing long-term customer and partner relationships for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, high-performance environment that facilitates the sales process, produces accurate forecasting, and encourages positive, results-oriented and collaborative teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong combination of selling solutions into senior level business owners and executives with specific experience in Capital Sales, Medical Devices and/or Industrial Equipment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying opportunities to build revenue, grow market share and create and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.

  • Outstanding record achieving and exceeding sales goals, including complex accounts.  

  • Experience using sales analytics for forecasting and business planning. 

  • Experience with hands on development and presentation of proposals that creatively meet the clients’ needs. 

  • Ability and polish to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Frequent travel as appropriate.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related areas such as; Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biology, Environmental Sciences.  MBA or Masters Degree a plus.

  • Ongoing memberships with industry related organizations.
